How do I care for my buppitybaby?
Easy. You just throw it in the washing machine. Your buppitybaby
should be washed
in cold water on the gentle cycle, tumble
dry low.

Are the shoulder straps
attached to the buppitybaby?
No way. We would never attach straps to your baby's playtime
/ tummy time area. The shoulder straps are kept completely
separate from the buppitybaby when your baby is using it and
then easily wrapped around the rolled buppitybaby and velcroed
for easy transport. Keep straps out of child's reach at all
times.

Do you gift wrap?
We do not gift wrap, but upon request we can ship directly
to the mother-to-be without an invoice or receipt. Every buppitybaby
is beautifully packaged with a personalized hangtag made out
to the lucky baby receiving the gift.

Is the buppitybaby
made for sleeping?
No. The buppitybaby is not for sleeping, and never leave your
child unattended. Your baby will look forward to tummy time,
playtime, and mommy-and-me time on the buppitybaby but must
sleep elsewhere.

What is your return policy?
We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and customer service. As such, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. We do accept returns, less shipping and handling fees, on any unused and unwashed items brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt of delivery and returned to us within 20 days of receipt of delivery. If we are not notified with your intention to return a product within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
